2. Account Registration & Security
To purchase digital products from our Store, you must register for a Technogic account. regarding your account:
- Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
- Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account.
- Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any violation of these Terms (e.g., sharing purchased template files publicly).
3. Services & Scope
Technogic provides two primary categories of service:
- Digital Products (Store): Pre-built templates, UI kits, and code accelerators. These are immediate downloads available after purchase and account verification.
- Custom Projects: Bespoke software development services. These engagements are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the MSA, the MSA shall prevail.
4. Payment & Refunds
- Store Purchases: Payment is required upfront via our secure payment gateway partners. Your download link will be available in your account dashboard immediately after successful payment.
- No Refunds on Digital Goods: Due to the non-returnable nature of digital code assets, all sales on store.technogic.org are final. We do not offer refunds once the files have been accessed or downloaded.
- Custom Projects: Payments are processed via manual invoicing (Wire/Bank Transfer) based on the milestones agreed upon in your specific contract.
5. Intellectual Property & Licensing
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of Technogic.
Digital Product License (Store):
When you purchase a template, Technogic grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal or commercial projects.
- You CAN: Use the template to build a website for yourself or a client.
- You CANNOT: Resell, redistribute, or sublease the source code "as-is" (e.g., selling it on a marketplace).
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Technogic, nor its directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website or our products. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service or product.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal.
